Welcome to Rafays Bloom. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy applies to all products sold through our website (unless stated otherwise on a specific product page).

1. Our Refund Commitment

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer:

  • Full refund (under eligible conditions)
  • Exchange (same or different product)
  • Store credit (valid for future purchases)

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • The product is damageddefective, or not working.
  • You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered).
  • The product is missing parts / accessories.
  • You simply changed your mind (within the time limit – see Section 3 below).

3. Time Limit to Request a Refund

After 7 days, refunds are generally not accepted except for warranty issues (if applicable).

4. Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Product must be unused or gently used (unless defective).
  • Product must be in original packaging (if applicable).
  • You must provide order number and proof of purchase.
  • For damaged items, please provide clear photos and short video showing the issue.

Items that cannot be refunded:

  • Opened or used personal care / hygiene products (soaps, lotions, masks) – unless defective.
  • Digital products (e-books, download codes) after they have been accessed.
  • Gift cards or store credit.
  • Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked on product page).

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for refund
  • Photos & Videos (if damaged/wrong item)

We will reply within 2 business days with instructions on how to return the product (if needed).

6. Return Shipping (Who Pays?)

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.

7. Refund Process & Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (or approve your refund without return):

  • Refund to original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) – within 7–14 business days.
  • Store credit – issued within 2 business days.
  • Exchange – shipped within 3–5 business days after we receive the original item.

Note: Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

8. Partial Refunds

We may offer a partial refund (not full) in cases such as:

  • Item is returned used but still sellable (box opened, product unused).
  • Item has minor damage that doesn’t affect functionality.
  • Return is requested after 7 days but within 14 days (case-by-case).

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card / bank (they may have processing delays).
