3. Products & Orders

Product Descriptions: We strive to display accurate colors, sizes, and details of flowers, plants, and arrangements, but variations may occur due to screen settings or natural product differences.
Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance. We may cancel or limit quantities for any reason stock unavailability, pricing errors.
Substitutions: For shortage of product arrangements, we may substitute similar Product of equal or greater value if a specific type is unavailable.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in PKR and do not include taxes or delivery fees unless stated.
We accept payments via list methods: credit card, bank transfer, COD.
If a payment fails or is disputed, we reserve the right to suspend delivery or cancel the order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delays due to weather, courier issues.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect products immediately and report issues within 24 hours.

Non-perishable goods may be returned within 7 days unused and in original packaging.
All shipment Products: Only eligible for refund/replacement if damaged upon arrival photo evidence required within 6 hours.
Refunds will be processed via original payment method within 7–14 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site (text, images, logos, graphics) is the property of Rafays Bloom or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rafays Bloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
